Welcome to Travel to Thailand! My name is Ning, and I’m Thai. I’ve been living in Australia for 15 years, which I consider my second home. Every year, I visit my hometown in northeastern Thailand (Isan). I started this blog because a friend of mine asked about Thai wedding traditions, as he was dating a wonderful Thai girl. I realized it would be hard to explain everything in a short time, so I decided to write a blog to share more information. However, I am not travelling agents I just love to share my beautiful country to the world.
The goal of “Travelling to Thailand” is to share my experiences and knowledge of Thai culture. I hope this blog will help people who are planning to visit Thailand or are already here, with useful tips and insights. I’m not an expert, but I welcome others to comment and share their experiences too. The more people involved, the better!
I’ve been thinking about sharing Thai culture and Thai life for many years, and finally, I decided to start this blog. I hope it helps guide you if you’re planning to visit our beautiful country. Thailand has so much to offer, from the bustling city of Bangkok to the beautiful island beaches of Phuket, Krabi, and Koh Samui. The northern areas, like Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, are full of charm, and even Pattaya, known for its lively nightlife, has something to offer.
